For the last four years I've been saying I want to get on my bike and ride away from the stink of the city and get lost in the woods for a night. Every day off I would come up with an excuse.
"it's too hot"
"it's too cold"
"I've got to do this"
"I've got to do that"
I finally got myself out there, and I'm hooked. This summer I've caught the wilderness bug, it's been pretty awe-some. Vacation is winding down and I'm trying to pack as much time outdoors and on the road as I can.
