so, umm... yeah, that's me. Photo from GANE's collection of one of my very early Subway Surface Beautification Project "New Yorkers". (above that, the famous "VISIONS" TV News Magazine Show featuring a young cast of very nervous teens, except for the cocky CREDIT who was arrested soon after his interview, which delayed the air date of the show by a few weeks so they could add the story of his arrest to it)

on the bubble letter piece, I only had two cans of crappy paint and the white buff underneath there at 33rd Street was SEPTA's first attempt in decades to try to stem the tied of Graffiti but as it turned out it just gave us a clean canvas to work with

they later added the mosaic tiles that you see today but back then it was a veritable art museum tour. I was probably the first cat to really focus on only doing pieces back in 1979/1980 when I was 16 (the magic age) and it started a trend that is still alive and well today, albeit in different locations

I'm currently back from obscurity doing legal pieces whenever I can... see the results on InstaGram @PentelPizazz
